Construction
process
1.
Clean the surface. Wash from the top of the shed to the bottom, following the
water flow direction, to remove dust, oil stains, loose rust, old coating
debris, and other contaminants.
2.
Apply rust-preventive primer to enhance adhesion.
3.
Apply epoxy primer. Ensure the coating is continuous, free of pinholes and
missed areas, with corners appropriately thickened.
4.
Apply acrylic topcoat. Maintain a steady spray gun speed to prevent sagging or
orange peel effects.

No curing agent and diluent
Instructions:
Apply directly, allow to dry for 24 hours, then repair rusted or leaking areas.

3: Apply blue epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust primer

dry film thickness was (100-140) μm.
The
ratio of paint, curing agent and diluent was 4:1:0.8.
Note:
The lacquer hardener should be used within 3 hours after application and left
to dry for 24 hours.

4: Spray blue acrylic polyurethane topcoat

The
dry film thickness was (80-120) μm.
The
ratio of paint, curing agent and diluent is 5:1:0.5.
Note: The lacquer hardener must be used within 3 hours after application.
