Purpose

Suitable for protective coating of metal substrates in mechanical equipment and civil products. Also suitable for protective coating of the inner and outer surfaces of agricultural machinery and vehicle compartments. It can be applied with oil and rust. It has high appearance gloss, and good rust- proof and anti-corrosion performance.

Construction Method

Manual spraying

Ratio: Paint:Water=100:0-5

Spray viscosity (T-4 viscosity cup) : (30-90)s

Spray gun distance : (20-30)cm

Spray gun caliber : Air spray (1.5-3.0)mm

Spray pressure : Air pressure (0.5-0.6)mPa ,Paint Delivery Pressure (1.0-2.5)mPa

Self drying at room temperature (at 25℃) : Surface drying:1h,Actual drying:24h,Complete drying:168h

Forced drying : After room temperature flash drying for 10-15 minutes dry at (60-70)℃ for (20-30)minutes

Interval time after spraying primer ： More than 2 hours

Construction Precautions

-The construction viscosity of the coating should be controlled so that it does not sag or show orange lines during construction. Airless spraying can be applied directly without dilution, while air spraying can add 0-5% water.

-After opening the paint can, it should be thoroughly stirred evenly. The residual paint at the bottom of the can can be washed with water and added to the paint mixing tank together to prevent color difference caused by pigment sinking to the bottom.

-After the coating is prepared and thinned,it needs to be filtered through an 80-150 mesh copper mesh before use. After taking the paint, please cover the paing bucked in time to prevent the surface mesh from being affected by dry skin. If there is dry skin affecting use ,it can be used after filtering through a 100-mesh filter.

-During the construction process,painting tools should be used alone and should not be mixed with tools for other paints.After use ,wash them clean with tap water for repeated use.

-Suitable construction environment:temperature≥10℃,relative humidity≤80%,avoid dust. When painting under conditions of temperature below 10℃ or environmental humidity above 85%,the drying time of the coating film will be extended.

-The paint film after coating should be protected from rain or washed with water within 24 hours.
